Whilst we try to fulfill every order exactly, sometimes items are out of stock, in this case we will substitute the item ordered for an item that is as close as possible.

Q: When do you dispatch my online order?

A: Please allow at least 1 business day for your order to be sent, you will receive tracking details either via email or sent to your mobile phone. Australia Post is experiencing on-going delays due to continuing lockdowns.

Australia Post is quoting 2-5 business days in NSW and 5-10 interstate due to on-going lockdowns, restricted access to LGA’s and limited staffing. Additional time needs to be allowed for peak seasons and we ask that you please be patient, We cannot control Australia Post delivery times and we email or sms tracking details to you.

We use Australia Post for sending parcels and now have $15 + GST Capped Shipping Australia Wide!

We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If a product is faulty please return it to us and we can give a full refund upon its arrival.

Hot Weather Shipping Policy and Information What you should know: Although we may use insulated bubble wrap on items that may melt, we cannot guarantee that items won’t melt in transit on hot summer days and seasonal weather and as such unfortunately we can’t give refunds due to melted items so please consider this carefully before purchasing, we will do our best to ensure your treats arrived ok but can’t guarantee this.
